KCRW conversation with Todd Eckert & Christie’s

As a pilot for their upcoming talk show on KCRW, Ania Catherine and Dejha Ti experienced the North American premiere of Marina Abramovic “The Life”, which is the first mixed reality work to ever be sold at auction. After the experience, they sat down for a conversation with Todd Eckert (director of The Life), Alex Marshall (VP, Christie’s West Coast) to discuss the work, agency of the viewer, art and technology, medium fluency, and “The Life” as sign of greater future acceptance of digital work in traditional art spheres.
